The @EU_EDPB was wristslapped by @EUombudsman for refusing to grant access to documents relating to #FATCA. Despite the verdict of ‘maladministration’, @EU_EDPB has taken no action. #FATCA has been dragging on for 13 (!) years, citizens are left in the cold. My Questions 👇
