Margarita Prokopenko, a 10-month-old girl, was in orphanage in Kherson during Russian occupation. From there, she was illegally transported to Russia, where her name and citizenship were altered in secrecy. @BBCPanorama revealed she now bears the name Marina Mironova and is considered a Russian citizen.
