RT by @PaulBrannenNE: Before his U-turn @RishiSunak seemed a fairly honest bloke doing a hard job. But his conf speech was not only counterproductive and damaging to clean tech, it was also grubbily mendacious to suggest ordinary people would benefit from his changes - they won't. Shame on him.
