As the President of the Venice Commission stated, #Montenegro urgently needs a fully functional Constitution Court.
I urge all political parties to find a compromise and appoint the 4 missing judges.

@OliverVarhelyi you are spreading misinformation in order to support russian/Serbian interests in Montenegro. Constitutional Court and Law on the president are both disscused in the Venice Commission oppinion. To be clear they are very different issues. Appointing members of the Constitutional Court is MPs' right. They should decide when and for what candidates they will vote or not. In this specific case all candidates are proposed by pro Russian parties outside of the regular procedure. Therfore you expect that pro-Montenegra and pro-euro parties should vote for Russian/Serbian candidates!? Moreover, those candidates are most likely selected by Russ/Serb intelligence. Are you stupid or what? When comes to the Law on President it is against the Constitution (Venice commission stated) and those who voted (again Russ/Serb parties) yesterday for it are breaching the constitution.
