I know what the rate is. What I don’t seem to be able to find out if it has to be set up. The customer service is appalling.

If you don't have a smart meter it'll be based on an estimate of how much electricity you've exported. (p.s. we're officially regulated by the CRU so can't get rid of any suppliers😃) >Daragh
