@jackson_donal @FineGael @HHumphreysFG Hi Donal, diversity gap in female representation. Women make up half the population but only make up 23% of the Dáil, and 25% in local government. This is a conversation with women & allies to ask and hear why. In my eyes, policy is suffering because we don’t have a balance. 🇪🇺
