Adenauer, Kohl, Mitterrand - had the power to make historic changes. Today, we don't need more keynote speeches, we need courage, Europe needs leadership! That is why we call for a Convention to revise the Treaties, to make Europe fit for the coming decades.

Europe is grateful for the pro-European stance of Germany and of all the major democratic parties. But we also need a Germany that provides orientation in the everyday lives of people. Many of the positions of Germany come too late, and not ambitious enough!
