This a long overdue but important step forward for victims of the #BuildingSafetyCrisis. Time to see consequences for the developers who have played fast and loose with people's lives.

Unfortunately I've just spotted that this measure doesn't apply to buildings which are 11 metres high or below. These make up 88% of the buildings currently deemed unsafe, according to @thetimes. Why such an arbitrary approach? There should be no exceptions.
