@British_Airways Concerns downgrade prem econ to econ on 18/02/22 BA 214 Boston to LHR. Told at checkin that would get info on compensation at gate. Didn’t happen. Tried to claim online. Got £85 each refund each but think this was seat booking Cost only. Me Linda McAvan and Paul Blomfield.
