@Fatjon27803327 @trussliz I wanted to build some flats next to my smokehouse. Very tricky triangular site with one flat per floor. Breakeven was 8 flats. I proposed 9. The planners said the most they would allow is 6 as 9 might block the view of a disused chimney.
