Uganda werkt aan nieuwe, nog extremere anti-LHBTIQ+ wetgeving, die zelfs de doodstraf voor homoseksualiteit mogelijk maakt. Schokkend, en dat zal grote gevolgen hebben voor onze steun aan oa rechtshandhavingprogramma's. Ik roep de president op deze wet tegen te houden.
