Spoke to @NATO SG @jensstoltenberg about the situation in north of Kosovo. We agree that Pristina must de-escalate and not take unilateral, destabilising steps. Appreciate the continuous good coordination between @EULEXkosovo and @NATO_KFOR in ensuring a safe & secure environment
