I welcome today’s adoption of the Windsor Framework in the EU-UK Joint Committee.

The door is now open to unlock the potential of our relationship, including in area of CFSP and CSDP, in a spirit of trust, starting with dialogues on Cyber Security and Counter Terrorism.
