To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) each EU law referenced in Annex 2 of the Northern Ireland Protocol which impacts the work of his Department; (ii) each such EU law adopted since the publication of Annex 2 which impacts the work of his Department; and (iii) each EU law which has been removed from application in respect of his Department and its responsibilities.
