RT @VictimsTroubles: On this day in 1972, the Provisional IRA abducted, tortured, and murdered Jean McConville, a widowed mother-of-ten, in Belfast.

Her body was not found until 2003.

Former IRA members Brendan Hughes and Dolours Price both alleged that Gerry Adams ordered McConville's murder.
