Listening to Doug Beattie on Nolan it is clear he still does not get the constitutional consequences of the Protocol - else he could not say the Acts of Union are untouched by the Protocol - hasn’t he read the CA finding that Art 6 has been subjugated by the Protocol? Pitiful.
