With today's proposal we want to:
⏏️create a coop. framework on #interoperability betw. MS + #EUinstitutions
▶️make #EU policy "interoperable by design"
▶️develop an ecosystem of reusable #interoperability solutions
▶️stimulate the innovative use of digital technologies 2/3
