5/6 I would guess we are sending weapons to Ukrainians FOR THE PURPOSE OF helping them shoot and destroy invaders. (You can hardly use a Javelin to light your cigarettes.) It would follow that we want Ukrainians to be as effective as possible in shooting and destroying invaders.
