A revised offer, including an extra 3% pay package, has led to the suspension of GMB & RCN strike action planned for today. On top of the 4-5% pay awards implemented for 2022-23, a 1.5% consolidated backdated increase has been offered, alongside an additional 1.5% one-off payment
