A fantastic portrait of Terrence Higgins was unveiled by @NathanWyburnArt @THTorguk at the Senedd tonight. It’s been 40 years since Terry became one of the first to die of an AIDS-related illness and we are now targeting the end of all new HIV cases in Wales by 2030!
