Saranrom Palace was built in 1866 by 🇩🇪 architect Egon Muller and later altered by 🇮🇹 Carlo Allegri. It is the place where the five founding member countries of ASEAN, namely 🇹🇭🇲🇾🇸🇬🇮🇩🇵🇭, signed the Bangkok Declaration or ASEAN Declaration, on 8 August 1967.
