RT by @EU_ECHO: The situation in #Gaza is catastrophic and only getting worse.

We urgently need:
➡️ More trucks with aid to go in;
➡️ Distributing aid across Gaza. For that, humanitarian pauses must be defined & respected;
➡️ Fuel to get in. More than half of hospitals already stopped working!
