In #Spain, criminal legislation has been reformed to benefit the ruling coalition partners. The penalties for sexual crimes have been lowered, 74 abusers are already on the streets. Increased control of the judiciary, creating majorities in its favor in the courts.

There is total interference in the judicial system, the independence of judges and that of the judicial police are violated. The gender equality law puts women's rights at risk.

In the Canary Islands & Cantabria cases of fraud with 🇪🇺 money are being investigated. How is it possible that funds are blocked to #Hungary & #Poland while in Spain fraud is considered a less serious crime? I demand a clear 🇪🇺 policy without double standards.
