My 4 proposals are:
1️⃣Greening shouldn't be achieved at the expense of less competitiveness, cohesion & convergence, but in line with them.

2️⃣COM should not overstretch its powers with . They should be developed objectively, adapted to each MSs, avoiding any suspicion of double standards. This requires a meaningful dialogue between MSs &COM.

3️⃣ is a one-off response to the Covid-crisis. As such, it is not suitable to be the basis for renewing the permanent framework for economic coordination.

4️⃣ EP must also respect the rules of the game & shouldn't claim ever greater influence in economic coordination. Under pressure from the left, the framework has now become ideologically charged and has gone beyond its original mandate, and has become heavily overloaded.

It is time to put a stop to this so that we can finally focus on efficiency and enforceability.
