Today I present my draft report on the revision of EU F-gas legislation (https://www.europarl.europa.eu/legislative-train/theme-a-european-green-deal/file-review-of-eu-rules-on-fluorinated-greenhouse-gases). The existing law is a success for EU innovation and ‘the Brussels effect’ (EU law inspired global action). But we need to update it in order to deliver on our climate neutrality.
