Our goal was not to turn this legislation into a huge bureaucratic exercise but for companies to clearly focus on those parts of the chain that they have control over and that show clear #risks. ✅

That way it serves victims while contributing to the sustainability of our companies, as they can focus their resources on severe risks while not drowning in paper work.
Happy also that #SMEs are out of scope and companies get time to prepare themselves for the transition.
