Estonia has provided arms aid to Ukraine for 400 mln euros. According to the rules, 134 mln will be received as compensation. The talk about sending Strelas to Ukraine and asking Stingers in return is inappropriate. There are no Strelas in the Estonian armament. @POLITICOEurope
