RT @pdegrauwe: The ECB has created money machine making bankers rich while they sleep. This machine will disburse €92 billion in 2023; probably much more when ECB raises interest rate to 3%. Banks will then get €140 billion a year, almost as much as total EU spending in 2023 (€168 billion).
