Last Friday, I joined prayers at the beautiful Mawlawi Kurdish Cultural Centre in Hulme, set in a former hall and Sunday school.
We spoke of their work to support Manchester's growing Kurdish community, as well as the community's fantastic contributions our our city and beyond.
