Many of my constituents live in large houses that have been converted into flats. Through no fault of their own, they are on sub-meters and therefore haven't received their EBRS discount.🧵

Why? Because @beisgovuk hasn't decided how to do it, despite the scheme being announced by @RishiSunak months ago.
So I wrote to the Minister to ask what my constituents in this situation and struggling with their bills should do.
