The impact of the freeze on local housing allowance is that more people are being priced out of the private rental sector.

His answer was that tenants can use cost-of-living payments designed to support with the astronomical increase in fuel bills (caused by the Tories' policies) to pay their rent, and that he'll review it all again next year.
Clearly no idea how ordinary people are struggling.
