‘Ilwien u Festi Maltin - Colours of Maltese Festas’ is a series of books presenting photos and information about a hundred festas in Malta and Gozo. Mr Andrew Borg and Mr Mark Micallef Perconte explained that they have been working for over ten years on this project.

Mr Vassallo Cesareo stated that his intention was to continue on the legacy of his predecessors in promoting sustainability, good governance and ethical practices in business. The Chamber of Commerce is this year celebrating its 175th Anniversary since its creation.

I enjoyed meeting the artists who generously offered their work for the '𝑩𝒖𝒕 𝑰 𝑺𝒆𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒚' art exhibition held last year to raise funds for The Malta Community Chest Fund. I sincerely thank them for their contribution to a noble cause.

During a courtesy call by Mr Saviour Bonnici, we discussed the importance of raising awareness, especially among children, about the beauty of Maltese nature. Mr Bonnici produced a series of short documentaries in Maltese about the flora & fauna of our country - ‘Natura Maltija’.

I visited the exhibition 'Christie Eleison' set up by Alan Ferrante & his family in Ħamrun. It includes a Jewish setting of the Last Supper, a scene of Christ's tomb & a miniature Church. I congratulated this young man who has a great passion for Good Friday traditions.

Yesterday evening I attended the Holy Week Exhibition entitled ‘il-Misteru tal-Mewt u l-Qawmien’ organised by the Għaqda Wirjiet San Ġużepp Ħaddiem.
