On March 21, 2022, the office of the UN Refugee Agency (#UNHCR) in Moscow signed a partnership agreement with the Russian Red Cross (RRC). This highly controversial action is in fact about enforced deportations of #Ukrainians to #Russia. Any #UN reaction??
