RT @colette_bennett: This is not a reflection of builds, it's a reflection of HAP. It has been Government policy since 2014 to move h/holds from Rent Supplement (incl. in the Social Housing Waiting List figures) to HAP (not included in SHWL figures). There were 61,907 active HAP tenancies in 2021.

Nobody abstained.

Don't forget, don't forgive.

Most importantly get on the streets Saturday week 1 April 1pm at the Dail.

Evict the government - not the renters.

RT @OrlaGleans: Your reminder that Noel Grealish is the type of politician Gript Media supports. Grealish & Gript claim to offer an 'alternative' to the 'establishment'. They offer no alternative and it would be great to see these faux 'independent' chancers lose their seats next time around

If landlords had not voted, the Dail would have voted against lifting the eviction ban.

This is a landlords' government and a landlords' Dail. We need to get them out.
RT @paulmurphy_TD: The voting board of shame as FF, FG, GP (except Hourigan), half the Healy-Raes, most regional independents vote to make thousands of people homeless.

Shame on them.

We need thousands on the streets at 1pm Saturday 1 April at the Dail.

Evict the government - not the renters.

RT @otrosnosotros: When you become a HAP tenant the government considers your housing needs have been met.

You are then taken off the social housing waiting lists.

Why mislead the public? HAP is not social housing, HAP is not a sustainable housing provision policy.

RT @JamesRedNetwork: Varadkar says we can't outlaw no fault eviction (like they've done in 14 other European countries) because you can't change laws "retrospectively".

Flimsy excuse for never introducing tenants rights in Ireland. We have to fight them tooth and nail. 1pm Sat April 1st Dail.

RT @pb4p: Pressure is mounting on TDs to vote to extend the . But some are thinking of bizarre excuses to sit on the fence.

Green Party TDs are wrestling with their consciences, claiming lifting the ban would be OK if only the Govt helped tenants buy out their landlords.
