It's not about one person: it's about developing a capable team to represent the party. That's my job as leader, and I'm lucky to have such talented colleagues.

We did vote against a bill brought by Gerry Carroll in the last weeks of the last mandate as it was poor legislation, albeit well-intentioned.

We made clear that it would be the last time, that reform was required. We're still waiting...

Our proposals are about stability, but also fairness, inclusion, equality, and respect.
