This is just another false narrative used to undermine policing in the wake of appalling revelations about loan sharking and exploitation, largely but not solely, by loyalists.

The PSNI do investigate republican terrorism: the Terrorism Investigation Unit do it, not PCTF, because UKG define terrorist and paramilitary differently.

They shouldn't, IMO, but I'm tired of a false narrative that republican terrorism is ignored by @PoliceServiceNI. It isn't.

People do want them gone but are afraid to give evidence: without evidence, the police and courts can't remove them. That's the challenge.
