This is such a huge issue affecting victims of sexual violence.
Delaying counseling can damage any prospect of recovery yet victims are doing so for fear counselling notes might be used to undermine them at trial.
The impact is grim. Hopefully, change is possible.

Mixed emotions today.
Good we might finally get to do the whole job we're elected to do and try to repair some of the damage done, but the last 24 hours don't bode well for long-term stability.
Institutional reform is essential: we just cannot sustain further chaos or collapse.
