RT @kurtis_dickson: Well it's official. Humbled to have been selected as an @allianceparty candidate for Downshire East in the upcoming council elections, alongside my colleague Cllr Aaron McIntyre.

Excited to get to the work for the people of Downshire East. Any issues please get in touch! 💛

RT @JakeOKane: All week I've been highlighting that the BBC weren't covering the Zahawi tax scandal properly. We now learn that the corporation's new chief helped Boris get a loan. Nothing to see here, move on, move on. 😡😡

@antisyzygy @mgtruth It was nicely ironed. But NOT by me.

And I endorse his avant-garde taste in shirts...though I wear sunglasses at home to cope with the glare...lol

@CrothersAlwyn How is that either relevant or appropriate, Alwyn?

I'm talking about the death of a woman I knew and admired. Have you not a trace of decency or humanity? Let's hope this tweet doesn't reflect how you'll be remembered...

@ZaraThustra2023 @DannyDonnelly1 The fact you struggle to read my tweet about excess deaths and understand it (as you are misrepresenting it wildly here) makes me question the likelihood of you reading and analysing more complex data accurately.

@AlanChewring @LeoVaradkar Then stop the silly nonsense about the protocol needing cross-community consent. It's similarly a reserved matter over which the UK Parliament is sovereign.

You can't have it both ways, I'm afraid.

@WeAreComing1912 @LeoVaradkar What part of Parliamentary sovereignty do you not get? The protocol was imposed by the UK parliament (despite Alliance voting against it, btw). That's democracy.

@gary_hassard @LeoVaradkar @StephenFarryMP What part of Parliamentary sovereignty do you still not get? It's a UK-wide parliament and it made the decision on the Protocol.

It's called democracy.

Wouldn't it be lovely if the DUP also acknowledged and welcomed the part of @LeoVaradkar's statement about Brexit also being imposed without cross-community consent? Then we'd be in a better position to resolve the issues.

I await such self-awareness with bated breath...
RT @DarranMarshall: The DUP has welcomed @LeoVaradkar's latest comments on the NI Protocol.

@DannyDonnelly1 Bless. The things people believe to help them cope with reality they dislike.

Keep up the good work 👏

@ScudHussein @Richard_Ardvark @allianceparty I didn't, no. I said the processes needed to be speeded up, as people being suspended on full pay for upwards of 5 years with no resolution was adding insult to injury. I was not arguing for removing employment protections, but for speeding up the process.
