I don't know the full circumstances or why the arrest took place tbh, nor is it for me to say.

Secondly, protest is still permitted nearby, but not where it impedes access to services.

The law here has only recently been introduced, so we've not yet seen it implemented.

Locally, my understanding is that it covers pregnancy advice centres, so presumably includes those who wish to continue a pregnancy, given they might also attend.
