I've already said clarity on the conditions for that would be welcome.

If nationalists genuinely want everyone to engage in this conversation, Twitter pile-ons and snide, dismissive commentary about their position aren't the way to go.

We've never said that is to the exclusion of engagement in discussions: that's why we've engaged before and will again with IF events.

We've attended IF events before and no doubt will in future: this one wasn't framed as an open discussion but a pro UI event.

We're snubbing no-one: we've attended IF events before and no doubt will again. This is one that was framed differently to others, and the organisers were aware of our views and understand our position.
