RT @cllr_petermcrey: Fantastic evening @ the Willowfield Church Hustings
Education, Waiting Lists + Cost of Living all came up + it was great to hear the other parties ideas
In order to fulfill those ambitious plans, we need a functioning Assembly + Executive
The people of NI deserve nothing less
@ArleneFosterUK And FYI, I did play the ball. You were wrong and clearly not across the detail before you jumped in to misrepresent me.
Here's our 2017 manifesto, which says exactly what we're saying now.
So maybe rather than falling back on insults, try facts.
@ArleneFosterUK Why are you quote tweeting rather than replying? As a campaigner against online bullying, you will know this is a classic way of instigating a pile-on.
Do better, Arlene.
@CommanderMP @ArleneFosterUK Why not ask them? There was no appetite for significant reform despite it being needed amd despite our calling for it.
@CommanderMP @SteveAikenUUP @ArleneFosterUK It really isn't. The evidence is there of us pushing for institutional reform not just three years ago but at every opportunity.
Jeffrey said the DUP shouldn't have to be in govt if it doesn't want to be. I agree. Same for SF.
Those who do should be allowed to get on with it.
@ArleneFosterUK That's simply incorrect.
You both had red lines holding us all back.
We raised reform throughout the talks, including voluntary coalition (with weighted majority voting) and ending abuse of the petition of concern.
Maybe you just weren't over every jot and tittle? 🙄
@D4ZZZLER @ArleneFosterUK Your country? I think you'll find it belongs to us all.
And with respect, I don't require your permission to do anything, least of all live here. I won't be going anywhere, either.
@Agent_Smith_22 @Cheesewright3 My manners are fine: your own leave much to be desired.
Tax payer or not, you don't have the right to dish out abuse, lies and half truths.
Anyway, enjoy your evening.
@Agent_Smith_22 @Cheesewright3 If it would be easy to say and you dislike tedium so much, you surely could have condensed that diatribe into one snappy tweet rather than three verbose rants?
@Cheesewright3 And what you chose to do was imply that they were making it up rather than it was wrong, despite having zero evidence to substantiate that smear. Odd choice.
RT @DannyDonnelly1: Brilliant team out canvassing in Whitehead this evening!
The 2 most raised issues were - problems with the health service and the sorry state of politics in NI at the minute. Both things need to be addressed urgently. #TogetherWeCan
@anruuc44 @ArleneFosterUK We've explicitly said that *no* single party should be able to collapse the institutions.
We said it during the last suspension, too.
@ArleneFosterUK No, it isn't true, Arlene.
We have consistently called for reform of the institutions to allow an Executive to be formed by those willing to do it.
The DUP weren’t up for serious reform in that 3 years because your vetoes are mutual - if SF lost theirs, you'd lose yours.
RT @SteveDonnelly95: “Others to watch include Alliance’s Stephen Donnelly who has been building his support from 494 votes in the 2016 Assembly election to 3,979 votes in the 2019 General Election, outpolling the UUP candidate. Transfer-friendly Alliance could be in contention for the last seat.”
👀
RT @SteveDonnelly95: “With an expected surge in the Alliance Party vote cross the North, the party is hoping their candidate Stephen Donnelly can make an historic break through in West Tyrone.”

RT @PaulaJaneB: Naomi Long: If the DUP doesn’t want to play ball, the government needs to change the rules https://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/politics/northern-ireland-assembly-election-2022/naomi-long-if-the-dup-doesnt-want-to-play-ball-the-government-needs-to-change-the-rules-41527258.html
RT @KateNicholl: Me & the bump had a lovely evening knocking doors in Dub Lane! With 1 in 4 children growing up in poverty in Belfast, we desperately need change. I’m running because I want this place to be better for *all* children 🗳#AE22 #VoteAlliance #electwomen
RT @SorchaEastwood: Really vital & important dialogue with Royal College of GPs at their hustings tonight- I thanked GPs for their work & highlighted that Alliance support MDTs, investment in primary care & cross-departmemtal work to improve health outcomes but most importantly workforce planning
@Cheesewright3 So why the tedious inference that we're making it up?
Did you accuse Doug of smashing his own window? Or the SDLP of threatening their own candidate?
Or is it just Alliance speaking up against theft and criminal damage that bothers you, Ian?
@rjohnsykes @Cheesewright3 It's not "theirs"; it's been used by a few people over the years including us.
Don't think anyone is likely to mix us up, tbh.
