This is just another false narrative used to undermine policing in the wake of appalling revelations about loan sharking and exploitation, largely but not solely, by loyalists.

If it was any more transparent, I could use it as a window.

The PSNI do investigate republican terrorism: the Terrorism Investigation Unit do it, not PCTF, because UKG define terrorist and paramilitary differently.

They shouldn't, IMO, but I'm tired of a false narrative that republican terrorism is ignored by @PoliceServiceNI. It isn't.

Setting tariffs isn't for the Dept or Minister: that rests with @JudiciaryNI, who are totally independent.

I've prepared a Sentencing Bill, but without an Assembly, it can't proceed. Sentences will still be at the discretion of the judge, tho.
