What we need now is resolution not escalation. Talks are ongoing; grace periods are in place.
Why would triggering Art 16 be necessary?
It would undo the work to rebuild trust between UK & EU and trigger a response from the EU which could end in a trade war.
No-one needs that.

It's mainly used for foreign dignitaries, tourists and visitors, rather than by MLAs, who mostly use the basement canteen with all the staff. I can't recall when I was last in there either - 2016 I think.
