Most of those released, 25 years on, would be time served and no longer subject to any licence conditions. The only likely exceptions would be life sentence prisoners.
Review of licences is the responsibility of the Parole Commissioners.

@dougan1954 No, the problem wc loyalists think people like me (who do care btw) as not acting in their best interests though we are, but trust the DUP who are acting contrary to their best interests.
