Working for a united community, built on respect and diversity, is our priority: it isn't a threat to anyone's constitutional aspirations. In fact, it's essential regardless of that issue.

Within my department there are things we could do re legal aid, speeding up justice that either need small amounts of money or legislation.

I worked on reimaging - despite what John says, it's not about not engaging protagonists. It's concern about the replacement images. If it's more UVF/UDA self-justification, that's not progress.
@cllrjohnkyle @PMcReynoldsMLA Those murals are a form of coercive control. They are territorial markers. And they whitewash the bloody history of the UDA.
Describing them as progress ignores that.
