Floods are devasting Pakistan. Entire communities have been swept away, with a third of the country now under water. At least 1,100 people have died and around 30 million people are affected.

@ItsJamesPowers No, the reforms we're proposing are entirely consistent with the principles of the Good Friday Agreement: not having institutions that fuction is the real threat to the GFA.
@ALLYPIP2 Funny way of going about it, alienating everyone else who lives here, and supporting the hard Brexit that has precipitated the current impasse and has been a gift to Scottish and Irish Nationalism.
A bit more long-term thinking is required.
@NornEye @allianceparty We were the 1st party to produce detailed proposals to reform the protocol (which we voted against btw). Where we differ with others is that we believe
1. Any change must be mutually agreed with the EU to be sustainable
2. Change can happen in parallel to and Assembly & Executive
@gawanorniron Lol. The DUP supported the reform we are currently proposing in 2011 and 2016? The UUP amended the GFA to allow for an opposition. The TUV support full-bodied volunatary coalition. How exactly is reform anti unionist?
@DownOrangeMan There is nothing to stop reform happening in parallel with government.
Same goes for resolving the protocol...

Why would the DUP engage with other parties (who are all ready to form an Executive now btw) while the UKG pander to their demands and ignore the rest?
