People who engage in sectarian abuse are, however, likely to face ramifications from employers if that abuse is made public and brings their employer into disrepute. I think most people realise that.

This is the 2nd or 3rd whataboutery post from you: I condemn all sectarianism without fear or favour. I'm not responding further to those insinuating otherwise.
