1. Children who don't live within cycling/walking distance from school could get to their exams;
2. To ease the pollution caused by traffic congestion, by facilitating free-flowing traffic.

@marknesbitt01 @allianceparty They're in the process on being removed if there are a lot and will be gone within the deadline. If it's one or two on their own, just use the email.
@BrendanJShannon @allianceparty Reuse where possible, or repurpose (for art projects, gardening, insulation and bee keeping amongst other things) where not. We only recycle as a last resort.
