RT by @mattcarthy: Today could mark a watershed in holding Israel accountable for its multiple breaches of international law. Over 10,000 children have been killed by Israel's indiscriminate bombing in Gaza. The Gov't must go beyond words & support South Africa's case against Israel in The Hague

"The first genocide where victims are broadcasting their own destruction in real time in the desperate, so far vain hope that the world might do something."
So proud of Ireland’s Blinne Ní Ghralaigh who presented the South African ICJ case against Israel.

The longer FF & FG are in government the worse the housing crisis will get.

RT by @mattcarthy: Ireland should join International Court of Justice proceedings against Israel – Matt Carthy TD

“It smacks of double-standards that governments that made the referral against Russia now refuse to join the referral against Israel” @mattcarthy

🇵🇸 Ireland’s opposition parties are united in demanding that the Irish government join South Africa’s referral of Israel to the ICJ under the Genocide Convention.

RT by @mattcarthy: Shameful! Once again this Gov't has broken all records for homelessness. How long will Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael allow these numbers to increase?

Only with a change of Government & housing plan can we start to undo the damage of decades of bad FF and FG housing policy. @EOBroin

@FineGael don't want house prices to fall

12 years in Government & prices are through the roof

Thanks to FG you need to have an income of €127k to buy an average 3 bed home in Dublin

RT by @mattcarthy: In 2023 the Government broke a new record for hospital overcrowding after more than 121,526 patients went without a bed. The >@INMO_IRL figures are stark & sobering. The Minister promised 1,500 rapid build beds for 2024 & 2025. Instead he has served up a recruitment embargo, a starving of our health services of new funding and record trolley numbers. @sinnfeinireland provided for €1.1b in new funding for health. This Gov has no plan, are out of ideas and need to go!
