In midst of a housing crisis that has merged with an inflation crisis - government have proposed a concrete levy that will increase cost of a building homes 🤯
Vote on SF motion to scrap this levy is tonight - time for backbenchers to stop whispering & to start speaking up!
It takes a special kind of stupid to propose hiking cost of building homes in the middle a Housing & Inflation crisis - but that is what government are planning.
SF will bring a motion to scrap the concrete block levy - all eyes on FF & FG TDs to finally side with common sense!
Thousands of families are denied the opportunity to even apply for housing supports because of income limits that have remained unchanged for 10years.
